Hope everyone sitting their GCSEs this week are managing to keep stress level as low as possible and here is a tip for all parents out there 😊 When a headache kicks in, try soaking your feet in a bowl of warm water mixed with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper for ten minutes. This will draw the blood away from your head down to your feet, relax your body and ease the pain of a headache 😊 ps maybe don’t try if you have any cuts ........ ouch
